Rick Shores is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the front-of-house team at their Burleigh Heads venue on the Gold Coast. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the venue's beverage program, including wine, beer and cocktails.

RSA certification is essential, with WSET Level 2 or 3 highly regarded. Solid leadership and people management skills are required to maintain high service standards in a premium dining setting.
