Gold Coast Health is seeking a Consumer Feedback Coordinator to provide a consumer-focused service to patients and their families, helping them understand feedback processes and to navigate the review and resolution of complaints. You will work with operational directorates to coordinate responses, analyse data, and report to the Consumer Feedback Service Manager.
