Westpac is seeking a Personal Banker to engage customers in-branch and by phone, uncover financial needs, and refer to specialist teams. You will coach clients on digital banking while balancing sales targets with exceptional service.

The role is full time and branch-based, Monday to Friday, requiring a focus on both sales and customer care to help customers make the most of their money.
