St Hilda's School on the Gold Coast invites applicants for Fixed Term, Part Time, Term Time Boarding House Staff. You will work with adolescent girls living in the boarding house, providing pastoral care and maintaining a secure, respectful living setting.

Shifts include afterschool, evenings, sleepovers (10pm–6:30am) and weekends during term time. The role requires empathy, solid communication, and a teamwork mindset to support students' personal and academic development.
