Job Description
Calvary is seeking a Learning Delivery Manager to lead the national learning delivery function for Aged Care and Home Care services. You will guide a geographically dispersed team of educators to deliver mandatory, competency-based education aligned with quality and compliance standards.

In this role you will work with Learning Design, Clinical Governance, People and Culture to prioritise learning initiatives, monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement across the network.
