Job Description
The City of Gold Coast is seeking a Food and Beverage Duty Supervisor to join our Major Venues Hospitality Operations team. You will lead day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services across our venues, ensuring smooth and outstanding service standards while working across a 7-day operation.

You'll manage shifts, coaching teams, oversee stock, safety, and guest experience, and collaborate with leaders to drive efficiency and cost control in a energetic, event-focused setting.
