Warehouse / Storeperson – Forklift Licence

Deception Bay | Monday to Friday | 7:30am – 3:30pm | $* per hour

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse / Storeperson with a forklift licence to join our team in Deception Bay. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining warehouse duties, customer interaction and basic office support.

With Monday to Friday hours, $* per hour and the potential to transition from temporary to permanent, this role offers great stability for the right person.

About the Role
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
n
Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks
n
Using a drop saw to cut aluminium to size
n
Assisting customers when they visit the warehouse
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
n
Providing backup support to the office customer service team
n
Basic order entry and data entry
n




Working closely with the team to ensure orders are processed efficiently
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who is:
n
Holds a current forklift licence – essential
n
Experienced operating a counterbalance forklift
n
Reliable, punctual and safety conscious
n
Physically capable of performing warehouse duties
n
Comfortable interacting with customers
n
Confident answering phones and assisting with basic office tasks
n
Computer literate with positive attention to detail
n
A team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed
n
