Tink Recruitment in Sydney's South West is seeking a Senior Strata Manager to join a well-established strata management business.
This role covers end-to-end management of a lean portfolio of about 30 schemes across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use properties.
You will chair AGMs/EGMs, coordinate repairs, manage compliance and insurance, and foster robust relationships with owners corporations and contractors.
