Job Description
Brix Projects in Sydney's Randwick region is seeking a driven labour resource manager to lead recruitment for construction labourers and trades across multiple projects.
You will source, screen, interview, onboard successful applicants and develop recruitment strategies to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
You will also build stakeholder relationships, manage day-to-day operations, and support business development with account management.
