Dhelkaya Health is seeking an experienced District Nurse to join our Community Nursing team.
You will provide in-home nursing across District Nursing Services, Palliative Care, and Hospital in the Home programs, delivering person-centred care.
Applicants should have a Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration, at least two years of RN experience, and a valid Victorian Driver Licence.
