IWG is seeking a motivated Customer Services Manager to lead a busy centre in Australia. You will own in office performance, drive customer satisfaction, and manage a small team with autonomy and accountability.

You'll engage with prospects and customers, upsell services, give tours, and ensure every guest leaves with a world-class impression that reflects our brand and our commitment to service. This is a hands-on role that rewards initiative, resilience and a proactive, service-driven mindset.
