Job Description
Adbri is seeking a Manager – P&C; Services to design, establish and lead a contemporary HR shared services model at enterprise scale in Australia. You will build the function over at least three years, defining service standards, governance and workflows while guiding a high-performing team through change.

You will partner with Payroll, Technology and People & Culture specialists to create transparent ownership and high-quality end-to-end delivery across the employee lifecycle.
