Shape Recruitment is seeking an energetic HR/People & Culture qualified to join our builder client's team in NSW.
You will run onboarding, coordinate staff training, and organise events and charity days across a 125-robust workforce, with a robust focus on culture and retention.
The role is office-based, five days a week, offering variety and the chance to make a real impact as the business grows.
Salary ranges from $110k–$130k plus super, with free parking near a train station.
