Job Description
BlueCare, part of UnitingCare Queensland, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred community care across Springfield, Goodna and surrounding areas.
You will travel between client homes, applying clinical skills to support quality of life and independence.
The role requires unrestricted AHPRA registration, post-registration nursing experience, and a current driver's licence.
You'll assess, plan and implement care, work with a multidisciplinary team and keep care plans up to date.
