Job Description
Nepean Hospital, part of NBMLHD, is seeking a Weekend Pharmacist to join a team-oriented patient care team and deliver clinical pharmacy services to enhance medication safety across the patient journey.
n
You will ensure medication accuracy at transitions of care, including admission, inpatient treatment and discharge, while building links with community pharmacists and general practitioners. You will also provide after-hours and on-call services and participate in rostered afternoon shifts.
