You will maintain gardens and general facilities, work with the Residential Manager, and help ensure a tidy, well-kept workplace for residents.
The role emphasises teamwork, empathy, and reliability, with ongoing training and access to staff advantages.
A maintenance qualification is desirable, and experience with contractors is valued.
