Job Description
GS Engineering & Construction is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for parental leave cover, based in Melbourne.
The role provides generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and offboarding, reporting to the HR Manager.
It is a 12‐month max term contract with hybrid work arrangements and a focus on policy implementation and workforce planning.
