BLYS is seeking an experienced sailing qualified to lead our Sail Training and coaching programs at Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron on the southern Mornington Peninsula.
You will develop instructors and coaches, plan workforce needs and drive continuous improvement across our Sailing Department.
The role focuses on program leadership, staff development, recruitment, onboarding, and volunteer training, with on-water duties and seasonal hours.
