Job Description
Le Cake is a wholesale manufacturer of cakes and desserts and savoury products.
We are located in Hendra on the north side of Brisbane.
We are seeking an experiencedKitchnehand/Cleanerto join ourKitchen team working approximately *hours per week.This is a casual position that requires you to work Monday to Friday evening shifts.
Shifts start at 3.30pm with finish times around pm.
In order to be considered for this position you must have previous experience in a similar role within foodmanufacturingenvironmentand/orhospitalityindustryin Australia.
Duties involved include:
Washing of large catering equipment and utensils.
Loading and unloading of the pot wash
Floorscrubbing/cleaning/squeegeeof the whole facility.
Cleaning of work stations, coldrooms, and staff amenities.
Working with a team of 5 Cleaners
Adhering to our Haccp Food Safety & Cleaning Program
This position involves quite strenuous physical activity and will suit only fit, active motivated individuals who are punctual and reliable.
Your own reliable transport is a must as there is limited public transport available at night.
