Job Description
QIB Group is seeking a dedicated Claims Administrator to join our Melbourne team on a full time basis within the Steadfast Taswide Insurance Brokers network.
You will assist clients with lodgement of claims, perform data entry into the Insight system and provide guidance to ensure clients receive full entitlements, while maintaining high levels of service.
This role is ideal for someone recent to claims, with training provided and a supportive team.
