Job Description
UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Casual Supported Living Facilitator to work with people in disability services under NDIS.
The role offers a $* p/hr base rate plus Super and NFP Salary Packaging, with review as applications come in.
You will support individuals in daily living, help develop and review plans, and promote autonomy and choice.
CPR/First Aid, a current driver's license, and adaptable, compassionate teamwork are required.
