Job Description
Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) is seeking a knowledgeable HR qualified to support managers and staff on employment matters, policy interpretation and workplace compliance. You will partner on enterprise agreements and contribute to HR project delivery, while identifying prospects to improve FRV policies and procedures.

You will provide timely, customer-focused advice on recruitment, onboarding, performance and offboarding, and draft HR correspondence while maintaining accurate employee data.
