Talent International is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to design and coordinate a capability-building program to support the transition to a current IT system.
This 4-month initial contract is based in Bendigo with hybrid working from home.
You will conduct training needs analyses, develop a training plan, design engaging materials, and coordinate delivery while tracking progress and stakeholder reporting.
