NSW Outback Division of General Practice (ODGP) in Cobar is seeking a full time Diabetes Educator to deliver evidence-based education and self-management support to adults 15+.
You'll work with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
The role offers a market-market-competitive salary of $58 to $65 per hour, plus superannuation, 5 weeks annual leave and leave loading, paid Christmas closure and salary packaging up to $16,050 per annum.
Rental subsidy and relocation grant are available.
