Tasks include picking, harvesting, greenhouse work, moving pots and plant carts, planting, and general farm duties.
Shifts start early, with roughly 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays as needed.
Accrue 120 hours every 4 weeks under the Nursery Award .
Role is physically demanding and requires valuable fitness.
Transport is self-provided due to remote location.
