The role reports to the Head of Legal - Technology & Procurement and can be based in Perth, Brisbane or Adelaide, with occasional interstate and international travel.
You will advise on contractual reviews, strategic technology procurement, and high‐risk IP matters within commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with BHP's IP strategy, AI framework, and business objectives.
