This role will provide ongoing administration and receptionist support to specialist doctors located within Greenslopes Private Hospital. On the job training will be provided with room for growth and career development. Immediate start available.

Answering and transferring calls
n
Scanning and Filing
n
Diary management
n
Processing payments
n
Providing vital support to an exceptional team of medical, nursing and scientific staff
n

About the candidate:
n
The ideal candidate will possess the following:-
n
n
Experience working as a Medical Receptionist - essential;
n




Exceptional communication and time management skills with excellent attention to detail;
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and the proven ability to confidently learn recent systems;
n
Ability to work cohesively with a multi-disciplinary team;
n
Understanding of privacy and confidentiality in a health care setting;
n
Previous experience in Genie Medical Practice software is highly desirable;
n
A friendly, caring, respectful and approachable demeanor;
n
Be reliable, punctual, and hard working;
n
Have valuable problem solving skills with the ability to show initiative;
