Job Description
Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to own financial control and reporting across a multi-site consumer goods portfolio. You will report to the CFO, manage two offshore accountants, and partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen controls and scalable reporting processes.

Key focus includes improving month-end, balance sheet reconciliations, and driving automation while building robust financial foundations for growth.
