Arup is seeking a proactive Bid Administrator to support bid management across Queensland and beyond.
You will coordinate bid activities, manage tender documentation and assist with governance and compliance to deliver high‐quality submissions.
You will work closely with Bid Managers and the Pursuits & Bidding team to drive effective bid processes, sourcing CVs, project information and ensuring timely submission of tender responses.
