Job Description
Southern Cross Care WA Inc. is seeking a dedicated PM shift support worker to assist residents aged * with mental health needs, following hospital stays.
You will work closely with care teams, support daily living activities, monitor medications, and promote recovery-focused goals to help residents reintegrate into the community.
Applicants should have a Certificate III in Mental Health (or higher) and experience in mental health settings.
