Job Description
Opal is seeking a customer service support skilled to join the Packaging Plus team in Truganina.
You will handle incoming calls and emails, manage sales orders, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and accurate data entry in ERP systems.
You'll contribute to keeping orders moving, resolving issues, and supporting basic accounting tasks while working full time in office during standard office hours.
