The role delivers trauma-informed, person-centred support via phone for individuals and families, handling high-risk cases and guiding referrals, advocacy and service access.
The successful candidate will work within a cooperative team, contributing to continuous improvement, staff coaching and waitlist management while supporting versatile work arrangements including some work-from-home days.
