EGM Recruitment is assisting a large Australian organisation in Adelaide to hire a Senior Legal Counsel for an in-house role.
This permanent position focuses on providing commercially oriented legal advice across contracts, project delivery, disputes and risk management.
You will lead contract negotiations, draft and review agreements, manage external counsel, and support board reporting from the Adelaide base.
A law degree and 5+ years' experience are required.
