RB Sellars is seeking a Loyalty & CRM Manager for a contract or freelance arrangement, about 3–4 days per week.
You will lead loyalty, CRM and lifecycle marketing to drive customer retention, lifetime value and growth across our omnichannel retail business.
Bring 5+ years in CRM/loyalty, robust analytics, and a proven ability to scale customer engagement.
