Motion is seeking a Full time IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st level IT support across our GPC Asia Pacific network.
The role operates in a hybrid setting with two days of work-from-home and three days in the office, based at the Rowville location.
You will handle incidents, monitor queues, ensure SLA adherence, and contribute to knowledge base articles while aligning with ITIL practices and cross-location collaboration.
