Job Description
Everyday Independence in Seven Hills is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with disabilities.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, plan NDIS-funded therapy packages, and work across homes, schools and community settings to help participants reach education, personal and work goals.
The role requires relevant tertiary qualifications and registrations, with adaptable schedule (full or part time, 4 days per week) and a supportive, learning-focused environment.
