Job Description
Vantive is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 12-month fixed-term contract in North Sydney.
You will assist clinics and patients with order inquiries, ensure timely processing and delivery, and liaise with Sales and Logistics to reflect our qualified image.
The role requires solid customer service skills, empathy, resilience, and experience with ERP systems (JDE & Salesforce).
Work is hybrid with some work-from-home days, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
