Westminster School is seeking an experiencedPeople and Culture Business Partnerto join our collaborative People and Culture team.
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will partner with leaders across the School to provide strategic and operational HR support, helping to build a positive workplace culture and deliver exceptional people outcomes.
This is a wide-ranging role that spans employee and industrial relations, recruitment, leadership coaching, professional learning, organisational change and People and Culture projects.
This chance is ideal for an experienced HR qualified who enjoys building trusted relationships, navigating complex employee matters and influencing positive change.
