Peninsula Community Legal Centre Inc. seeks a Community Lawyer/Advocate to join the Fines Clinic in Frankston, VIC.
You will deliver timely legal services to vulnerable clients, including advice, minor assistance, and court representation, within a holistic service model.
You will work with the Fines Clinic team to identify gaps in the fines system, develop knowledge of relevant laws, and collaborate with partners while ensuring compliance with qualified standards and centre policies.
