Baby Bunting Cairns is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, mentor the team, and ensure a supportive and memorable customer experience.
You'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive engagement and performance in a rapid-paced, parent-focused workplace.
You will steer sales initiatives, onboarding, training, stock management, and safety compliance while fostering a positive, cooperative culture across the store.
