Job Description
Daylesford Hospital is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our Acute Ward leadership team.
This is a permanent part time role (minimum 0.6 EFT) within a rural health service, working across a 24-hour ward with rotating shifts.
You will lead, support and mentor nursing staff, coordinate patient flow and rostering, promote evidence-based practice and quality improvement, and stand in the Nurse Unit Manager role during leaves.
