Job Description
FOCUS Connect in NSW seeks a Social Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead to create excellent participant experiences and grow engagement in our Social Groups.
You'll work hands-on with older people, understanding what matters to them and organising groups, activities and outings that foster friendship, wellbeing and belonging.
You'll promote programs in the community, build referral networks and strengthen partnerships with aged care providers and health specialists.
