Job Description
The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) in NSW is seeking a hands-on, customer-facing leader to head estimating and scheduling across NSW sites. You will drive accuracy, turnaround times, and quality of estimates, while coordinating offshore providers and a Sales & Admin team.

Reporting to the NSW Regional Manager, you will shape regional strategy, coach dispersed teams, build customer relationships, and deliver improvements that lift our post-sales performance.
