Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle across Hola Central, Corporate Restaurants, and Franchise Restaurants. You will be the frontline for HR inquiries network-wide and will manage contracts, onboarding, visas, and payroll readiness in collaboration with the People team.

You will facilitate Workday and Tanda training, ensure work rights compliance, and triage inquiries to People Business Partners.
