Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant at Driver Hire, you will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, building strong client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions in the transport, logistics and manufacturing sectors. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to placement, while developing a profitable client portfolio and maintaining a strong pipeline of active candidates.

Key responsibilities

Win new business through proactive sales activity, client visits and networking

Build relationships with decision-makers across the transport, logistics and manufacturing sectors
n
Convert recruitment opportunities into job orders and ongoing client partnerships
n
Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients
n
Source, screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
n
Match quality candidates to client requirements and fill vacancies efficiently
n
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to placement
n
Maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates and job-ready talent
n
Achieve placement, sales and business development targets

About you

Proven track record in sales,



business development or client relationship management

Strong communication and negotiation skills
n
Confidence in cold calling, prospecting and developing new business opportunities
n
Results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving targets
n
Ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
n
Solid organisational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
