Park Ridge We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy distribution facility based in Park Ridge.
Ongoing casual work - $* per hour - Shift time: 8AM-4PM (depends on the staff requirements) Job Duties: Operate forklifts to move pallets, packaging materials, and finished goods within the warehouse and yard.
Load and unload trucks in accordance with site safety and load restraint procedures.
Support dispatch and storage operations, including pallet stacking, wrapping, and staging.
Conduct pre-start checks on equipment and report any mechanical or safety issues.
Assist with general warehouse duties including manual handling, stock rotation, and housekeeping.
Follow all WHS, traffic management, and site safety procedures at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.
To be successful, you will have: - A current LF Forklift Licence - Previous forklift operating experience - A current driver's licence and reliable transport - Solid attention to safety - Valuable communication skills - Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic - The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
