They are offering *% with potential sign-on incentives and flexible working arrangements. These opportunities can be tailored around your preferred hours and clinical interests.

*% of billings for the right GP, depending on commitment

Hourly guarantee for the first 3-months

Potentially $10,000-$15,000 per year sign-on incentive, depending on the agreed percentage and commitment

Sign-on incentives available for longer terms as well or adaptable no lock-in contracts (that then wouldn't come with a sign on)
