Job Description
Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a Practice Leader in Waratah, Newcastle to guide Disability Support Workers, model best practice, and coach staff to deliver person-centred supports. This hands-on leadership role focuses on enabling customers to reach personal goals while maintaining high-quality service.

You will lead teams, provide mentoring, and ensure documentation and reporting are completed accurately in line with NDIS requirements. A current driver's license and adaptable shifts are required.
