Job Description
Sonova is seeking a part time Customer Care Associate based at our Norwest office.
You will handle phone and email queries, delivering exceptional service to transform the hearing experience for millions.
This office-based role runs 4.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a adaptable hybrid mode.
You will serve as the first contact, resolve or escalate issues, and support the regional sales team to ensure outstanding customer care.
