6-Month Initial Contract | High Likelihood of Extension
Competitive Daily Rate: Up to $140 per hour
60-Hour Workweek | Monday-Friday + Optional Saturdays
About the Role
Our client, a top 50 ASX listed manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a major project in Erskine Park.
This role is pivotal in overseeing the execution phase of a large-scale manufacturing facility construction.
Location: In office in Erskine Park (5 days/week, with optional weekend work)
Key Responsibilities
Construction Oversight - Manage all aspects of the project's execution phase, including SMP & E&I; installation




SIMOPS & Schedule Compliance - Ensure secure and efficient simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) while keeping the project on track
Team Leadership - Lead a multi-discipline team of 10 direct reports and up to 200 contractors per shift
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of construction experience in heavy industry (e.g., metal processing, manufacturing, infrastructure)
Strong project management and risk mitigation skills - ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Solid leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
